Matt Evans, Nestlé's Head of Media Relations UK & Ireland, joins Sophie Hudson to reveal what goes on behind the gates at the chocolate factory.

Nestlé has been a huge part of York’s rich chocolate history since the late 80’s. It's factory site on Haxby Road is now a global epicentre of Nestle’s product development and innovation. Employing over 2,000 people from the area, the factory produces some of the world's most loved confectionary including KitKat, Yorkie, Milky Bar, Aero, and Polo.
